I submittted a bid for a HUD forclosed home in Brookville Ohio . Namely 609 Upper Lewisburg -Salem Rd. Brookville, Ohio 45309. They refused original bid of $93,000.00 and then they countered back with an higher offer $96900.00 and took my earnest money $1000.00 and stated that I failed to close becuase I didn't accept their counter offer.I went back thru home and discovered that they turned off electricty thus causing the sump pump not to work and flooding the basement. Buyer be aware streer clear of Matt Martin Realestate LLc listed properties.They will take your money and run for a better offer!!
