I purchased a snowboard and the binding inserts are not standard. I tried a local hardware store, a friend that has hardware from the past 25 years of snowboarding and finally a proshop at the closest ski resort to no avail. The proshop informed that the inserts were also crooked which comprises the integrity. This company advertises that the board is of high quality and that is simply not the case. I have tried to contact the seller many times and have not heard back.
