I signed one year contract with the understanding that I could terminate my contract two months before the year ended. When it came time to do that, I tried three things which are as follow: 1) walked into the office and requested a termination. The response was that they do not do termination in office ad was directed to go online. 2) I proceeded to fillout the form online at which time I was given only two conditions to be able to receive confirmation (showing proof of moving and i think medical reason) neither if which applied to me. 3) I called again ad was redirected online, asked to call back or put on hold until the phone went dead. I disputed three months of new charge since and asked them to not to continue charging me but they are still charging me against my will. The latest charges were January $58. 87 and another in February $58.87. They also still have seven months worth of unused services in addition to these charges. The service is absolutely poor. I tried using it but gave up at six months.
