Ordered stuff on the 12 of Feb. 2015. Received automated e-mail and then needed an item changed. No response from any of his e-mail sources there is a g-mail address as well as his yahoo address. Paid via Pay-Pal and disputing the charge....I may be just like everyone else and loose....I hope not. Looks like a SCAM ..smells like a SCAM it must be a SCAM!!!
We placed an order for 4 items on his website and was promptly charged via PayPal. We got a receipt for the purchase and waited. All communication attempts with Dann Jarvis or hsi company went unanswered. BBB could also not get a response.
The only response I got from him was when I asked about a new order for a current item. That e-mail came in less than an hour. No response back on why we do not have what we ordered or why he will not refund us for our purchase.
Other people have reported the same treatment and have been scammed out of money by this company.
This person is on ebay selling his products as well. He under the name zemb_m1. Watch out
I wish they would reply , and tell me why sending bare twigs as "cuttings", and a small envelope of peat instead of the seeds I ordered is OK. I really hate being ripped off,and wish I had read their reviews before ordering
Mass spectrum botanical has supplied my home with many high grade herbs ,my indoor garden is filled with plants ,seeds came msb everything is excellent makes me mad someone would go out of their way to trash the name of a company so dedicated to customers service , I understand sometimes it takes a couple days for delivery, I always get what I order, very wide variety being offered

Scam. Ordered 5/27/14. Immediately billed credit card. Waited a week and asked for order status. Reply:"Your order was shipped 5/30 and shows received" then sent mailing information---it was not my name, address or order. 5 emails later..no response. Disputing charge with my credit card company. Do not do business with this thief and liar.
I purchased a product from this company through the website and the money has already been taken out of my account, but I have not gotten the product that I purchased. I do not believe it is the mailing issue since, the supposed physical location of the company is in the same state (Florida) as I am. I contacted them via email twice days ago, and have never recieved any reply. They were quick in taking my money though, I can give them that.
Do NOT order anything from this company. I placed and order on Feb. 13, 2015 and it is now August 25, 2015. I still have not received my items. It was only $33.00 worth of product but I still feel ripped-off. They had no problem charging my credit card on Pay-Pal the minute I placed my order.
