This is a review for the benefit of prospective customers who might be checking out the merchant.
Mason Electric is affiliated with E A Knight Construction and did the wiring in our new home. Entire system not up to code and had to be replaced. Other lesser issues: installEd three defective fans, apparently never tested them, same re two smoke detectors, several GFCIs. Incurred extra cost and inconvenience to the electrical service company because they were not ready to hook up when they said they were.
Frustratd us by not returning calls at least six times about significant issues, not coming to the site for appointments.
We we finally got a home inspection and list of problems, presented it to the general contractor, but still nothing other than lip service.
Finally gave up on the whole bunch and had a separate electrician fix everything.
