I ordered 2 pair of shoes from Mason , my wife has ordered from Masons in the past and found them to be honest and high quality. My order arrived, the deck shoes had leather laces with were poorly tanned and one broke one the first tug, the leather of the shoe was thinner than a pair I've been wearing for 3 years. The boots were too big. I sent them back knowing if be charged roughly 8 dollars for return shipping. I asked for a credit refund on the shoes and an exchange on the boots. I received an email stating the boots were no longer available and that I owed 27.50 for shipping, while all this was happening, I mailed a 30 dollar payment to Masons. They insist I owe 27 dollars and I have nothing to show for my efforts. I will never use Masons again and my wife won't either.
