--Avoid Martha's Vineyard Holistic Retreat! I was promised my money back for service for myself and wife for 14 days and never received my money back. That was in June 2014 and it's Nov.2014. -- Extremely rude staff and the place has rats. They also seem to allow vagrants on the property such as, drug dealers and junkies. My room smelled like urine and all the bedding was dirty. -- Two dogs, belonging to either the owner or the owner's renter in an apartment next door, barked and woke us up and kept us awake. -- Clearly heard the owner or his tenant, yelling and yawning, through the wall. Owner later told us: "Some of the guests came into the back kitchen & waiting area." -- -- A neighbor in an adjoining room speaking loudly or shouting. -- Doors slamming. -- A tenant having very loud phone conversations, (punctuated with lots of loud, "No, he didn't!"s) on the other side of a thin wall. -- A rumbling washing machine in the basement other side of said wall, in adjoining mansion. -- Peeling paint on the master bedroom's radiator. -- Poor quality pillows. -- One-ply toilet paper. -- Heat cycling off during the night, leaving the rooms cold. -- One of four lamps not working. -- One of four venetian blinds missing equipment. -- Our "light snack en suite," -- Molds,Molds,Molds on the wall. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere for accommodation in the Martha' Vineyard area. If you expect a quiet, problem-free stay, our warning is: Don't. The owner believes peace and quiet are guaranteed only at higher price points i.e. a more expensive suite. Regarding our discomfort, she said (Roni Deluz) "Please remember that even though we do work hard to create complete privacy for our guests, we are pretty much full all the time and this is a public place...If you ever decide to stay with us again, I highly recommend the Suite. It is a little bit more but for that many nights, especially with children, you have much more space and you are above the fray as it were." Also that Guy you mention (Kerry) Correction his name is Terry Craft Ass Hole and the person who took our reservations her name is Whitney Deluz family member. The duplicitous, dishonest, disingenuous owner(Roni Deluz) told the world after our stay: "We are so sorry these guests did not like our cancellation policy. if there's any way to make it up we would have but it wasn't to be...." BTW and Yes she will not spend Time when it's MONEY to be made. Avoid this establishment with every fiber in your body.

My experience as a client by having rapid detox done was horrified. Nurse Roni doesn't spend a lot time with her clients at first she will meet and greet you for an hour, than she gone and you will never meet her again. Nurse Roni Deluz is not who she say she is a doctor. All ages an insight into what can happen if you choose the wrong business in life. The choices we make every day affect our lives forever.
If you do a background check you will find she has four pending criminal case if i might say civil lawsuit against her Roni deluz. She is not a Doctor she a Nurse fact. Also to mention the director Kerry is fake and a con artist. He will tell you things you might want to hear and it is false statement. Sweet talk you into spending your money for the package they will setup. This is Horrified place with her doing her business. I'm contact the media an a investigations on her Retreat.
