Mark yandow is one of the biggest cheap landlord i ever dealt with i being a tenant here at mercep park apts are the worst there all mold infested they all have roaches wild west cant even get rid of them my bathroom has so much mold that they painted over it because mark doesnt want to handle it the right way my kitchen cabinets are so old there is a weird smell i mean the foundation to this complex is so old it needs to be cited by the health department im surprised they havent living here is the worst descision ive made Do not rent from mark its not a environment where children need to be around its to much wear n tear damages electrical issues..
