One Sunday in 2013; I was introduced to Marielena McPherson-Ojeda in Church where I used to go. Marielena told me she was an Immigration official so I told her about my immigration problems for the last 15-years.
Marielena told me she had serious connections with Immigration Judges in Boston as an Immigration official and had great connections with other INS officials also in Boston which could get my immigration case dismissed, the case processed fast and that she would get me a green card in no time.
I clearly told Marielena I already had an INS case pending and was pending deportation proceedings but Marielena assured me that she had helped many other illegal aliens like me solve their cases and to enter and reside in the United States without any problems and that all she needed to was to have one her Judges friend sign a couple of forms and that was it.Marielena asked for me to pay her $10,000, in cash because she said she needed to give some of that money in cash to the officials. One week later I paid Marielena $9,757 in cash which she claims would be enough to resolve my case.
Marielena also told me that she could remove any documents from, any immigration files, such as the (A-files) like in my case.
Marielena told me that to get my immigration case fixed she would have to pay the officials with cash and expensive gifts. Marielena told me that in some of the cases she resolved she gave an official a Thailand vacation and to other immigration officials, she has given them computers and television sets and thousands of dollars in cash and that was the reason she needed my money in cash.
Marielena said to me that in cash there is no trace back to me and for me to make sure not to go out on the streets too much just in case I get arrested before she takes care of the case and that she will let me know the good news in a couple of months.
Marielena warned me to be careful not to tell anybody about our deal because I would get in trouble with the law and I will never get my green card.
Eight months later, I found out everything that Marielena told me was a lie.
After trying to reach Marielena for several months I found out Marielena had also taken $4,000 from another Salvadorian guy I met and that she had told him the same story she gave me. They guy told me that Marielena was a liar that she was just some kind of a translator that she is not any immigration official and she doesn’t know any Judges.
After many months trying to get my money back from Marielena I went to see an attorney to find out what my chances were of getting my money back from Marielena.
The attorney told me that because I am an illegal alien I better leave that alone because I could get arrested and make my case even worse.
The attorney told me that he had already heard stories about Marielena stealing money from illegal aliens.
He said that what Marielena does is corruption by soliciting bribes from aliens in exchange for immigration benefits like fraudulent admission stamps to citizenship and that Marielena tells people that she pays officials of the INS to get the immigration benefits by assisting aliens bribe INS officials in submitting false and fraudulent immigration petitions to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Ms. McPherson charged me almost $20k, I found very interesting that she said she had to charged me an extra $2,800 supposedly to pay for her connections inside Immigration to make the MICA process faster, according to her.
I never saw Ms. McPherson again after my wife paid her. After several months of calling and looking for her I was able to find Ms. McPherson’s address and I went to look for her at her house.When I knocked at the door and asked for Ms. McPherson a big man came out and told me he was Mr. McPherson, he said he was a lawyer and also that there was no one living at that house by the name of Marielena McPherson and for me to get the hell away from his house.
I demanded to see Ms. McPherson and Ms. McPherson insisted she did not live there, which I knew was a lie.
Mr. McPherson told me to leave or he would call ICE to have me arrested and deported. I immediately left and a few hours later while I was coming back from the store ICE Agents surrounded my apartment house and arrested my wife and finally put me jail and deported both of us without any charges.
Then in jail I wondered, if Ms. McPherson did not live there how was it that Mr. McPherson instead of threatening me with calling the Police he instead wanted to called ICE to get me in troubles with INS.
When I am in jail I lost my all business and kids were almost die without food with our crazy neighbor and daily need and this Marielena McPherson definitely must be crook and Ms. McPherson must jailed she is criminal person. She destroyed our life for few grand. These people are really BAD.
