Do not rent your property to this lady, she is a scam artist.. Feeding the property manager "pitty me" me stories all year long each time the 1st of the month came around she would get evicted. because the rent was hardly ever paid on time.
Do not accept a check from this women, if you do, you do it at your own risk.. I don't want to use any vulgar language in this post because I want you, the reader to take this warning seriously. This woman is not to be trusted. Instead of bowing out gracefully with dignity she chose to trash the property and leave. And when I say trashed I do not mean a little garbage here in there due to packing up personal belongings. I mean a deliberate criminal act Of covering almost every square foot of the house with garbage.
this tenant would rather go on vacation to a beach then pay rent in the months of December and January. Do not hesitate to evict her if she is more than 72 hours late after the grace.
or is a good chance that she will not pay the rent for that month and just use the next30 days for free rent..

I wish I could post pictures on this website then you would know not to rent to this womanalthough she did leave a $20,000 SUV in the garage of the house when she left. That I now have to find out what bank actually owns the car and have it towed off the property.
