I purchased for slabs of Stonewood Quartzite Stone from marble express . In just four months one of the slabs started forming holes and chips on it as if it was a defective one . I called Leor to explain to him what was going on and he told me he would stop by and take a look at it . He just stop by within a few weeks to take a look at it and told me to go ahead and just patch them up and if something was to happen afterwords then he would contact the supplier to see what they can do for us . So I went ahead and called my fabricator and explain to him that I need him to come out to take a look at the stone and he explained to me that he can go ahead and patch up the stone for me but it can happen again because some of the holes are small. I explained to Leor that I would rather have him speak to the suppli that I would rather have him speak to the supplier to see if you can replace it .
I felt like I spent a lot of money for the stone to just create holes in it. He told me he would get back with me in a few days and days went to weeks and weeks into months. At that point I called to speak to the supervisor shalom came on the phone and I explained to him my situation and how unprofessional his sales team was at that point I called to speak to the supervisor shalom came on the phone and I explained to him my situation and how unprofessional his sales team was. I still told him that it was unacceptable for him to not return my phone call the least that he can do is inform me what's going on .
