This location is horrible. They have scammed me out of 1,700 dollars. We purhcased a simmons bed over two yeras ago, and within one year the bed completely collapsed on itself. I purhcased this bed since I have a bad back and when the bed was no longer able to be used due to my physican telling me I no longer should use it, I tried to have them take a look at it. They did not do that. I literally wrote them multiple times, called them non stop, and finally they had someone from simmons come out to look at the mattress. When they said it was fine and we would not get a new mattress/replacement despite the inspector telling us "yea you guys really need a new mattress", we called back and said it was not ok and another inspector should come out. They had another person look at it and that person stated once again "you should get another mattress". Then, we got them to finally give us a mattress replacement and we signed and dated all of our forms. They sent us a form stating that simmons would be responsible for the exchange. Simmmons then wrote us and told us to get rid of our old bed, and they would then drop another bed off to us. They also stated that we could pay them a fee and have the bed then taken off our hands but we did not want to pay more for something that already cost us so much.

We then gave the mattress away for FREE, and when the delivery people came over to drop it off they stated that they needed the old mattress. When we called them and asked what that was about simmons stated it was out of their hands and that was mancinis request and deal to receive the old bed. Therefore, simmons was not responsible any longer and it was up to mancinis to honor what simmons origionally told us to do. Mancinins to say the least told us that they will no longer guarentee our replacement bed, and they will not help us. The most unfortuate part about this was that I have a huge medical issue and that Nina, the store clerk, was screaming at me on the phone. She called me a "b****", and "stupid" and all the most abusive words anyone could say to me when I was basically in tears trying to explain that I have a horrible back issue, and I no longer have a bed to sleep on since I was informed to get rid of my old bed. Therefore, at the end of the day, mancinins would not honor the agreement which origionally stated we would get a replacement bed and that it was up to us to get rid of the old bed. We now are 1,700 dollars in the toilet, no bed, and waiting for these people to get back to us. We have been waiting a long time. I have called many people and everyone states "they will get back to me". Needless to say, we have been waiting a long time and I cant believe they still will not help us or honor our agreement. They stole from us, and have been abusive in doing it, emotionally.
