I had the same problem with emails ignored,.paid 150 for permanent program which I s frozen and nonresponding and tech support does not return calls, during the brief time the program was working I could tell it had terrible voice recognition and requires extensive traing but when I attempted to train it it permanaNTLY SEIZED,MIGHT HAVE TO DELETE AND REDOWNLOAD,I HAD AN APP FOR MY IPHONE THAT COST ONLY 4 DOLLARS that had all the functions with immediate recognition without training{except doesn't open apps}. not worth the money
The owner of the company, Michael Ghandour, states that he has developed The Most Advanced Artificial Intelligence Software on the Market. The software was supposed to be patterned after J.A.R.V.I.S., Tony Stark's AI "assistant" in the movie Ironman.
The website is set up to offer a free trial of the softare for seven days. When you register for the "trial", you are directed to enter a credit card number. After entering your credit card number, you are charged one cent possibly for verification of the card. Then when you go back to the website to download the software, you are directed to purchase three types of subscriptions. I purchased the Premium Subscription for $9.99/month. No free trial of the software was available on the website as indicated.
My credit card was charged and an email was received that Mako Program Inc., was set up for automatic payments of $10.00 per month. I visited the website again and logged in. There was no software to download. I have sent three emails which have not been answered. The only way to contact the company is through a "message box" which is ignored. This so called software company seems to be out of business but the website still remains to take your money.
Great features on MAKO at first there was an issue with it saying I did not pay but it was fixed when I talked to keith on livechat. I have been using the program now for a little over 2 weeks and it's been amazing. I am loving the read this feature because I am in fact visually impaired. This feature has a lot of "flashing lights" to make it look futuristic my personal favorite is the customizable interface I might upgrade to the permanent.
horrendous interaction with the web system (site) the ability to speak with support via email is absent, the active links are looping to other pages within the site which perform nothing. assistance and interaction is a futile attempt at best. the download feature performs nothing. the linking to a credit card is a major turnoff. even if it is just a penny. unsecured transactions over an open source network are high risks. the site itself is a disaster with 3 of the most contemporary browsers. (chrome, aurora and IE). debugging the website has led me to conclude that this site was either poorly designed or designed with non original intent.. suffice to say i shall be using other matters to achieve my ends, as this program however advanced is pure nonsense if it cannot be downloaded for trial.
