I went to Majors RV because I knew someone who worked there. I had asked for a fluid service, to fix a slow leak in my right rear tire and to fix the problem in the tranny that was causing the service light to come on. I get the RV back. The leak is not fixed and they were unable to fix it. I showed the mechanic the Allison manual that shows the code it was giving meant the Throttle position sensor had an issue. They said the checked it, and redid the end of the electrical connectors on the engine and tranny TPS modules. It did not fix the problem but I was changed for diagnostic time for a problem they could not fix.
I too it to Ira Truck repair in Easton MA. They found the issue very quickly. It was a loose wire on the TPS. Either Majors RV mechanic was incompetent or they are a liar. They changed me for redoing the TPS connectors. The slow leak still exists. I called the service manager at Majors RV when I got my RV back from Ira. I explained that they charged me for repairing the same connector the the Ira mechanic had to redo. He said nothing except his mechanics time was worth something for the diagnostic. They didn't fix it and I am sure didn't even touch it. The Ira mechanic found it pretty quickly. Majors told me to bring the RV back and they would fix the slow leak. That means I have to take a day off work, have someone follow me down and ride me home, then I have to take another day off work, have someone drive me there to pick it up.

Steer clear of Major RV
