Encouraged to buy there premium extended warranty when this new vehicle required attention for several issues like defective tires and air-conditioning etc. suddenly although the car was well within the primary warranty for milage they claimed that it was a week outside the 36 mths time limit, but the extended warranty which was for 60 mths apparently does not cover diagnostics. Surprisingly the problem magically disappeared at a cost of several hundred $ for the diagnostics and ofcourse they could do nothing about the tires although they admitted 3 of the tires were defective but it was not a catastrophic failure, so come back when you have a blow out.
I communicated my concerns to the owners - the Roher's brothers - but they were in on the scam. Allegedly if the car is in extended warranty then the problem is repaired but the customers is told nothing as wrong and the problem did not need repair but customers have to pay for diagnostics which ' you gussed' is not covered by the extended warranty. Apparently they then recover the warranty repair cost from the manufacturer, thus collecting twice for the same problem. They employ a thug at their dealership to threaten customers who ask questions or object.
Please avoid these scamsters dealership unless you have several hundred bucks to through away.
