Their terms and service link did not work, but they assured me everything was fine. It was only after I paid them that they cancelled my account. I had a list of legit opted-in e-mail addresses from clients that joined my site. www.madmimi.com refused to give me a refund and made lies that were excuses up. I've read several other complaints against them online as well. They have stolen from me. This falls under false advertising and consumer fraud. The next step will be a lawsuit.
