This towing company provides services for apartment complexes. If you see their signs as the towing company be prepared to have your car towed. I was visiting a friend at their apartment complex and like many times had not parked in a guest parking spot. That weeked they instated guest parking in designated area and had not put up signs. Also there were no assigned spots or signs that say residents only. Little did I know like many others that ripoff M & T Towing & Recovery,LLC had just become the towing company. That weekend I was one of many cars towed because of parking in a spot not marked. They towed my car to some shady lot behind a car dealership that was almost impossible to find. You have to call someone to direct you to this lot. Then he asked for $250. The owners name is Mark West. They towed so many cars the aparment complex had to fire them by monday since the where unaware what they where doing. Again if you see this shady company signs posted anywhere in Frederick, MD beware since they will come up for reason to tow you !
