Agree, Lynn is just out to rob you blind for as long as possible .....there are no real services she provides. She used to work for the Superior Court, a government job, and protected, until they let her go. That should tell you everything.
I was ordered by the court to do a custody evaluation (which is already a rip off). This evaluator was chosen by my ex attorney. She only met with my sons for 2 hours each, thats it! All other charges was to read documentation and speak to a couple references. Did not even speak with our childrens teachers, which i believe spend the most of the time with children. She did not bother. I had the majority of custody because i was the main caregiver of our children. She recommended 50/50 joint. She never saw that my ex has narcissistic behavior, that he is a pro at manipulation. She believed everything he said, did not follow up to see if it was true or not. Drugs and alcohol where a serious concern I had and was not even brought up in her report. Did not look into it! In her report she stated things that I and my references said, that were never said! She made the report look a certain way to justify her decision. Raved about my ex and minimized my role completely. She also limited any documentation i had to send her. She was clearly friends with my ex attorney and had preferential treatment. She should never work in this field again.
