I ordered this on a trail bases. When I received the products, there is no mentione on how much the products were going to cost me. They charged my credit card $ 139.90 for 2 Ayur Skin Cream and $99.90 for 2 bottles of Aloevella Luxoderm.
I had the same thing happen to me. If I had a chance to try the product without getting sent more product before I had a chance to say yeh or nay. I may have been okay with it. But this is a way of ripping off consumers in a bad way. I will let all of my friends know to stay away from this product.
I ordered the Luxoderm skin care product through the internet. Before it arrived I went to the dermatologist and was told by the doctor that I would be allergic to this product due to my skin problems. So when this product arrived on May 18,2015 I thought about what the doctor said and decided to send it back. On May 20, 2015 I sent it back never open by putting return to sender. On June 2, 2015 my account was charged $139.90. I called 845-219-1400 spoke with Claudine. Claudine stated that I needed to call and get a code to retun the product and that they just recieved it on June 10,2015. She proceeded to say that my order was now cancelled and that my refund would take up to 30 days. On July 13, 2015 I called Claudine again asking her were my refund was. She stated that they are behind. I told her that I did not give a s**t what there problem was, I want my refund . She stated it can take up to 45 days and she would do her best. I told her it was my money and I want it back, she got her product. She they hung up on me.
