I found the Lumanelle skin care web site from google, and use their trial shipment in last Oct. I didn't place order to buy after using the trial, and they send me 1pc in Nov., and charged my credit card 110.80. I sned them email more then 5 tiems, asking for return the product and return me the money, and telling them I didn't place the order for ever.They sent me a RMA(return merchandise authorise) number, and I ship it back to them in early Dec. and the tracking number showed parcel had been received by Dec., 9 of 2014. But I never get credit back to my credit account. Again they charge me another 116.48 in Dec., and this time they even not sending me any things, just cheat my account.
DO NOT TRUST THIS LUMANELLE, I called my creid card authoriity, put this name in blacklist from my credit card account, and of course rejected payment from the December bill.
I responded to Lumanelles television commercial that said I could receive a free trial of their anti-aging product all I would have to pay would be a one time shipping and handling charge. Well they have charged my credit card almost $200. and sent me more product which I did not order or ask for. All I wanted was the free trial with no strings attached that they promised in their commercial. I have been unable to contact them. This so called company is a scam and I want my money returned to my account.
I was offered a "free trial" of luma repair and luma hydrate from Lumanelle Co. of their product for 14 days with the stipulation that I could cancel within that time and not be charged for a recurring monthly charge of $89.99 for the repair and $79.99 for the hydrate. I called and cancelled within the 14 days and received notification I had been cancelled. When I checked my credit card statement I saw that I had immediately been charged the $89.99 and $79.99. I immediately called Lumanelle Co. and was told this was the charge for the "free trial" and they would not refund my money or issue a credit to my card. They made me an offer that they would take 50% off if I would not cancel. I demanded my refund and they out and out refused. This is fraud! I want to take legal action against this company and I have documentation to show my cancellation. We need to fight this kind of fraudulent action on the part of companies and I would be willing to join anyone who has had this problem with this company since I am seeing others who have experienced this.
