I purchased hair from this company. As I waited for it to be shipped they promised 7 to 10 day shipment. Shipping and handling was covered in the cost. It actually took 2 weeks to receive the hair, and numerous emails wanting to know the status of my hair. This hair was installed in my hair. It has been a week, and this curly hair gets matted. To keep the hair looking half way decent, you have to wash and condition it everyday.This hair is horrible, and if you want to advertised how good your hair is, it should be in fact that GOOD. Many emails I have sent will go unanswered, which is horrible customer service. If you want great reviews, you must sell great hair. If you want respect from the consumers who purchase from your company, you must provide excellent customer service. There is no return policy or phone number on the website. I found a phone number to this compnay. No-ones answers, you should be available to answer calls, questions and concerns from customers. Lastly, I will not do business with this company again, and I will not refer any friends or family,
I agree with what was stated above lovemyhairstyles.com is not a trustworthy business. I'm still waiting for my hair after 2 weeks and "keith" gave me a fake tracking number. This company is clearly a sham and NO ONE should do business with them
My hair took way too long to arrive- I ordered it for the Thanksgiving Sale and received it before NYE!
Emailed 6 times! Got a response after my 4th email requesting a immediate refund or my hair!!!
Finally found their number online and spoke to Nicole- apologizes for the delay...blames it on the holidays and promises a 50%coupon- valid end of January. (why)
Several emails later....Now we are in February- no response, my emails are now bouncing back!
This hair feels good for the first week or so, then get ratty and feels like nylon, but the review say that it can last 3 years?? NEVER!
