ORDERED PROGRAM ON 07/02, SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 48 HOURS, 2 BUISNESS DAYS...IT IS NOW THE, 16TH, I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH "BLUESNAP CONSOLE" THEY SAID MY COMPLAINT WAS FILED WITH THE VENDOR , PLEASE GIVE THEM FIVE DAYS TO RESPOND ,I DID!!!,NOOOOOOOOOOOO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE MY MONEY, AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!!! BLUESNAP AND THE VENOR SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! THEY SHOULD BOTH BE PUT OUT OF BUISNESS!! I WILL FILE A COMPLINTE WITH THE PROPPER ATHORITIES!!! I AM NOT GOING TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE, THEY HAVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! MAY THEY ROT IN HELL!!
My complaint is the same as the guy from last yr. I'm a longtme Lotto Hat user with a regiistration number I paid for. A recent hard drive change required a redownload of this program and my registration number was not honored requiring another purchase. The home site is no longer operating. The previous complaintant wrote he was able to get in touch with Lotto Hat tech .com for a solution. Where can I find tech, please?
