On October 06, 2014 I ordered vitamin supplement (for back problem and sleep aid) from losethebackpain.com (They are the same company as The Healthy Back Institute in Texas) over the Internet. The charge was $53.90 US (I live in Canada). They said I would receive the products in 2-8 weeks. Now, why would it take more then two weeks to deliver something from Texas to British Columbia? It beats me. In any case when I did not receive the goods after four weeks I called them. They said wait unti the eight week period is up. I waited until December 02, 2014. I called them and the CSR said they would refund the money right away. Nothing happened. I called them the second time on December 15, 2014. They said the refund has not been processed but they would do it this time. Again, nothing happened. On December 24, 2014 I called them again. Again, they said the refund has not been processed but it would be processed this time. At around December 29, 2014 finally the refund showed up on my Mastercard.
Do not do business with this company. They are very aggressive but they do not deliver as promised. More to the point, you would have hard time to get a refund from them. I do not understand how can they stay in business with this kind of lousy service.
