My mother always travels with Los Chavez busses but never never in years had something like this ever happen to her. Beware of this people. I called last tuesday n made reservations for my mom who is almost 60!, to travel this past friday. I paid with my debit card over the phone n lady whos name was Mary, said I had to be there on friday at 4pm because the busses left right at 5!!!! We got there a little after 4 n a "cop" who now they have working there, approach my mom n laughed in her face n said the bus left what r u doing here? I got very upset n asked y did it leave when they said to be there at 5!!
No one had a right answer n said that we were wrong that no one told us to be there at 5!! Well walk back inside all the "receptionist" acted like they coulnt answer my question very very very rude no kind of customer service. I asked to get my money reinversed , rudely they said no! That they read over the phone there policy witch i can swear that never happen all they asked for was my card num.
N what seat i wanted!! N up to today i have called to speak to lolis or martin chavez the owners"" n have not heard nothing back! Very very bad business I honestly hope something can be done to rude people like this specially that fake cop they have outside horrible customer service if his there to protect the people not laugh at them!
