During the month of October, 2014, I informed Doral Terrace Management, (currently Lorring Park) my notice to vacate and a forwarding address. During that time they failed to contact me. Each time I call, they repeat, I will call you back. They never call me back. When the new management kicked in, Most employees were fired, terminated or resign. I left (3) small items in the apartment. I did not give a walk thru. I called the rental office around 2 daysafterwards and informed them the situation. I had helpers helping me clean. I was involved in a car accident on November 14, 2014. I cannot bend or lift anything weighting over 20 pounds. The apartment was left clean. Individuals have posted reports of this company on the internet on apartment reviews about this company Bernstein Management Scamming the tenants. Now the Bernstein Management has sold to a company in Washington DC called Kettler Management . Now they can get away with all the individuals money that they have scammed in the past. They did not indicate that the tenants have to give a walk-thru after vacating the premises. I have tried to get them to return my security deposit, which is around $960.00. But I have received no feeback. The word is out that the rental office is building a new Rental Office. Something needs to be done about this company.
