I received an email stating I was awarded a personal loan for 3,000 dollars. I call the number and a man name Richard answered. I ask to speak with Lori Foster the loan agent and he stayed she is the Ceo and she is not available and ask for my approval code. Once I gave it to him he stated that I was approve for a 5,000 loan and I would have to send the 182.00 and they would refund me back it was to see if I was stable to pay back my loan. I never sent them anything and don't because if tour asking for a loan you should not have to pay the first installment up front!
