This company is using an advert to entice you into paying just postage for their product, which is then sent to you on a regular basis @ a very high cost. I cannot contact them to ask for a refund. I would like this to be reported to trading standards. The company inverstigated and brought to justice, with all those people who were scammed having a refund of their money.
I responded to an internet ad offering a skin care cream for the cost of shipping. They sent me the product, and some weeks later charged my bank account £89.85 (about $150) and send a second pot of cream.
When I phoned their customer care line, they said they had a policy of no refunds, and refused to give me my money back or take return of the product.
I cancelled my so-called "account" on their automated phone system and notified my bank not to pay them any more money.
