Bruce Cimijotti of LLPAuto.com is a total con artist. While searching for a used car dealer license solution I came across his website LLPAuto.com. Bruce told me that he could get me a retail car dealer license in my area that I could use to buy and sell cars retail to the public. I told Bruce up front that I lived in PA and that I wanted a PA retail dealer license. Bruce was smooth, nice, convincing and he told me he would get me either a PA or a NY retail dealer license.
I sent in an application and paid $800 up front and within a couple weeks he provided me with an Alabama wholesale dealer license and dealer plate from a company named AGB Enterprises, LLC.
I questioned Bruce Cimijotti about this as it was not a retail dealer license from PA or NY as he had promised. He assured me this was fine and legal. He told me I just needed to find a local retail dealership to "process" my retail sales for me. Bruce also told me he would help me find that local retail dealer license and not to worry.
Bruce set me up with the wholesale Alabama dealership (AGB Enterprises, LLC) signed me up to the local auctions and I proceeded to buy a few cars to resell to the public. I advertised the cars on Craigslist and met people to do test drives. After a few weeks I was ready to make my first sale but Bruce did not help me find a local dealer to sell my cars through. Bruce offered a "local" New York retail dealership to process my paperwork for the sale but they wanted $300 per car to do so. Again Bruce never told me the cost to "flip" a title for me would be $300 per car…!!
It was at this time I figured out I was petty much on my own so I called upon a friend of a friend who has a local PA retail dealership to process my sales for me but this dealer only agreed to process the 3 cars I bought at the auction to help me get out of the jam that I was in.
I told AGB Enterprises, LLC in Alabama that I wanted to quit and Andrew Berendt, the manager of AGB Enterprises, LLC told me I had to send my wholesale dealer plate back to them right away. I didn't understand why as I paid LLPAuto.com & Bruce Cimijotti a first and last month up front so I should have gotten use of the plate and the dealer auction for another month. Andrew Berendt gave me a "religious whipping" telling me how it's "sinners" like me who give car dealers a bad name…! He told me to speak with Bruce and hung up the phone on me.
So as bad as this whole experience has been with LLPAuto.com, Bruce Cimijotti, AGB Enterprises, LLC and Andrew Berendt it took a turn for the worse when a Pennsylvania DMV investigator knocked on my door and accused me of illegally selling cars in PA with an out of state wholesale dealer license..! As it turns out PA gets a list of every out of state wholesale dealer from all the local auctions and they track the sales of the those out of state wholesale dealers!!
The investigator told me that he tracked my purchases at the auction, saw that I sold each of the 3 cars to a local PA dealer who then sold the cars to local PA residents. The investigator told me he spoke with each of the retail buyers who told him that I did the advertising, test drives and took the money. The Pennsylvania DMV investigator told me that it is illegal to "use" a local dealer to flip cars to "my" customers. The investigator had my craigslist ads advertising the cars with my cell number and he had written statements from each customer saying I conducted the test drives and took the money…!
This all just happened a few days ago and I am still waiting to hear back from the Pennsylvania DMV. When I called Bruce Cimijotti about this he told me I should have used his NY dealer for $300 per car and I would not be in trouble. When I reminded him that in the beginning he was going to try to find me a local retail Pennsylvania dealership to "process" my paperwork he [Bruce] was speechless and hung up the phone…!
So F-U Bruce Cimijotti and LLPAuto.com…! I am going to blog all over the internet about you and what kind of person you are…!
If anyone is thinking about using Bruce Cimijotti or LLPAuto.com to get a dealer license BEWARE…! AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK..!
