I recently set up a payment arrangement on my Loanmart account. I made a payment on the agreed date that was arranged. Loanmart took an additional payment that was not authorized by me & advised me that due to their new "system" they are unable to reverse the payment. I made my original payment on their website by credit card. They processed a duplicate payment. With me making my scheduled payment, my account was still current and I only had one payment remaining. Since they processed a duplicate payment, it closed my account & gave me a zero balance. This duplicate payment caused my bank account to be overdrawn & incur overdraft fees. Loanmart advised me that since my account was closed with them after the duplicate payment was processed, they could not assist me further. When I asked about the unauthorized payment and why they took it after a payment was already made, I was given the run around & told that there wasn't anything that they can do about it.
