I bought advertising in Boston. The magazine never happened and they said they'd return my money, over $1900.00. Haven't seen it and it's been several years.
This is such a scam. Do not get involved with this company.
Purchased an 8 page profile advertising spread on August 23, 2010, with Panache Partners LLC's (located at 1424 Gables Court, Plano, Texas 75075) for their Northern California edition of ""The Art of Celebration"". The book was not published until May 2014. The company delayed publishing dates time and time again. Advertising benefits was expected for the following year not three to four years later. Delays in publishing caused us not to get a full return on our investment. We've contacted the company on numerous occasions but the answers were still the same. The book was at the publisher and publication dates have been postponed. This has gone on until May of 2014. No notices, updates or intentions were made to the advertisers. Our company is out $6895 for services that should have been rendered in a timely manner. If the Publisher was not able to publish the book within a reasonable amount of time, they should have contacted the advertisers and asked if their permission to continue with their ad and or delays. No one offered to compensate or ask to approve the publication delays. We ask that all monies be returned for services not rendered in said amount of time.
