We called the number listed above to request a user's manual for our HP Printer. After much discussion, the person we were talking to tried to sell us a program for $399,99 tellingus we did not have network protection. After telling him and other people we spoke to that we did not want this program, we hung up. When we went on our computer, we could not get on to most of our programs. Also, some woman we spoke to (Nisha) told us twice she would all us back - she never did. We are very, very upset about this matter and hope you can hellp us.

They convinced me to pat $400 to protect my computer even though it was already protected by RWGlobal. The removed all my RWGlobal info without my permission. When their trouble shooting didn't work, they had me call an HP number, but said they would be on the line just listening. When the HP person found out someone from livepcexperts was on the line, HP wouldn't continue until they got off the line. The livepcexperts rep argued with the HP rep. The HP rep had me hang up and call her back. HP replaced my printer. Why was the livepcexperts number on my printer screen? Is RWGlobal any better? We got a partial refund from livepcexperts through RWGlobal, but RWGlobal said we needed to pay the refund to them for more protection.
