I recently dropped my Samsung Galaxy S III and shattered the glass. I googled cell phone glass repair and found this business, Littleton Technology Group, via Yelp.
After speaking with Christian McCoy, co-owner with Arlo Logozzo, I decided I would bring my phone to the company for glass replacement at $89.99.
After driving to the location using Navigation, I was unable to find the store or office. The suite number did not exist. Subsequently, I gave Littleton Technology Group a poor review on Yelp.
After my review, Christian soon messaged me. The messages just infuriated me further. Additionally, Christian clearly set up false Yelp accounts to mitigate my review by giving himself 5 star reviews.
I notified Christian McCoy to Cease and Desist communication twice, to which he ignored and later stated, "And it's not harassment...Might want to brush up on your high school." Mr. McCoy is unaware that I am a graduate level educated consumer, with no hesitation in filing complaints with the State Attorney General of Colorado, nor with filing a harassment suit in Arapahoe County Court or a Protective Order against himself in Arapahoe County.
Mr. McCoy made varying accusations, insinuations, veiled threats and violated two Cease and Desist notices. Mr. McCoy requested the Make and Model of my vehicle. He continues to harass me at this moment.
The bottom line is that you should never, ever utilize Christian McCoy's services nor frequent Littleton Technology Group. Mr. McCoy is a high school educated owner who is a bully and uses services like Yelp to harass and intimidate consumers who are disatisfied with his company.
I advise anyone seeking to repair a damaged cell phone or computer to stay clear of Littleton Technology Group and Christian McCoy.
