Liquidation.com Reviews

Liquidation.com sucks big time. I've bought several auctions from them. Most from "online returns", which you I find out is Amazon. It's their returns. They state SOME of the items will be used or damaged. Lets change that to 90% or better is damaged, used, broke, unusable, not resellable. It's Amazons returns. And the items are not resellable for the most part.

If the stuff is broke when returned JUNK IT. Amazon should not be reselling this junk to unsuspecting customers who think there is some value left. I know it's not Amazon directly doing this but now the people reading this will.

I have too many issues with Liquidation.com to go into specifics. Here are a couple. Shorted on a pallet. Received a 6' high pallet and couldn't break it down while UPS driver waited, so signed for it. That was it. I was shorted $400 out of a $1000 pallet. Lost money on that. Neither Liquidation ripoff nor UPS would help.

Just opened one of the last boxes from this last shipment. Broke shelves, dirty clothing and bedding, torn items, some of the $5 items are ok. Unable to get my money back on another shipment. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for 3 shipments. Not doing anymore business with them. I won't be able to recover the thousands I've invested trying to buy items and resell them.

A friend has had similar problems with the electronics they purchased from Liquidation.com Missing parts, broke merchandise.

Just pissing me off every time I open a box from them. Gotta have trained apes working there who check in returns either there or Amazon who can't tell the difference between returns because of ordering the wrong item and one that was put on a couch and had the dog sleep on it for a week. If it's got dog hair it shouldn't be returnable. And if Amazon or Liquidation.com deems it returnable for any reason DON"T sell it to person supposedly buying good merchandise to resell.

You will read other posts stating " good , don't buy them, more for the rest of us, you have to expect some damage, I've been making a living buying their crap, Their stuff isn't as bad as these posts state", DON"T BELIEVE IT. These are shil posters. You realize this after dealing with them after a couple shipments. You will be able to sell a couple things but you won't recover your $$$ and you will work for nothing. And it's alot of work trying to figure out what all the problems are. I didn't look the items over as close as I should have until I sold some small appliances that didn't work, curtains that were the wrong size, electric blankets that wouldn't work after an hour of use etc. I sold things on Ebay and had my account destroyed because of JUNK items that had issues you would not find out about until it had been used for a while. Now we unpack and try everything out extensively and find out all the problems BEFORE we ship stuff, thereby finding out how much of this stuff is ABSOLUTE JUNK.

Liquidation.com, this RIPOFF site has got to be the biggest bullies on petty deciet I have ever come across. I had given them a try a won 5 small auctions. First auction I received didn't match the discription, 60% of the items were mismatch and a lot of missing clothing tags. Second order all new in the bags but not the style shown in the pictures of the auction. 3 order ripped and stained items, I immediatedly take pictures, call customer service where I get a man that I had to ask if he was still on the phone while I was speaking, zero help. I send the photoes and dispute to Liquidation.com. Wait a few days and I receive an answer that I have lost my dispute because I purchased returns. I have been in business many years and would not accept a return ripped and stained. And if they got stuck with them, why pass them onto your customers in that condition?

STAY AWAY FROM LIQUIDATION.COM, READ ALL THE REPORTS. I have done some research and they are a sinking ship that is petty and hide behind CRIMINAL-LIKE TERMS & CONDITIONS. I will keep you posted

This so called liquidation auction house bilked me out of three thousand dollars before I knew what hit me. They showed pictures of high end products up for bid and I purchased several over a four day period and a week later absolute trash and junk began arriving with little if anything I can do to remedy the situation.

I own a consigment shop in Florida and was wanting to switch to purchasing liquidation merchandise only. Most of my store is consignment and part of my store is clothing that I have purchased through liquidators. I have found it is much easier and more profitable to buy from liquidation companies direct.

I have been very happy buying clothing from Asscott wholesalers, Liquidation General, Terra Liquidations, etc. but I was looking to purchase different categories than these liquidators carry. That was a mistake!! I purchased some men's dresses shirts and accessories from Liquidation.com and thought it was going to be a great lot at a fair price.

When I went to pay for it, they added fees, a huge mark-up for shipping etc. Then my product arrived. I opened the box to find that half the order had damages/dirty/no price tags, another part of the order still had security tags on them and the rest was no name dollar store quality items. Well, I tried disputing the order with no luck, have spent hours fixing the items I could repair, removing securtiy tags etc. To make a long story short. WHAT A PAIN!!

I have went back to purchasing from the good liquidators I have purchased from in the past and my store is doing great. Liquidation.com I will never purchase from you again!!

No consumer protection! Negligent misrepresentation of products. Buyer beware of Liquidation.com Liquidity Services

I've been in a dispute with them for over 2 weeks and keep getting a template response with spelling errors basically saying I should have done my due-diligence.

According to the Consumer Protection Act they should do their due diligence. I am entitled to a refund but they keep denying it.

After spending close to $500 on e-reader tablets that are completely unusable because they are locked in demo mode I am irate!

The listing indicated a retail value totaling that in which brand new, unused and properly functioning tablets may be in the range of. The value was misrepresented as well as the listing did not clearly explain that the devices would be locked.

Additionally, on the back of each it clearly states from the manufacture that they are not to be sold!

In my opinion they had no right selling them, I'm not sure how they were acquired and they are clearly in breach of consumer regulations due to false advertising.

They have also locked me out of my account since opening the dispute therefore I am unable to retrieve the listing. Take screenshots people!

Additionally when you open a dispute they will tell you it will take 10 days or more (for a template denial email). Don't bother waiting and continue exploring other avenues to obtain your refund. They are simply stalling the process.

They do not protect their customers and I'm very surprised to learn that they are a publicly traded company. Hopefully their investors are aware of what is going on, the lack of customer service and the poor consumer practices.

Any company with common sense would make necessary changes to ensure reputable merchandise is being sold and that customers are kept happy and are not being ripped off. I don't see how this company is still in business given the poor reviews.

My advice to everyone experiencing the same run-around issues with trying to return the junk they are peddling in the marketplace is to get the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, Paypal and BBB involved. Also please continue posting your experience on as many websites as possible as something needs to be done to stop this company from taking advantage of consumers.

first part is they will show you retail price for the new item that they are going to give you use one.

most of the item comes defective.

they are stongly want to use their shipping and when you will try to use urs they will give you hard time.

we send them so many times shipping lable and they were keep saying that they are unable to print that completly insane.

we been keep talking to customer service and sending them email but when we talked them last time they said we didnt respond to transaction had been canceled and we have to pay $200 cancelation fees.

they are so many companies out there so find them and leave this people alone.

Two sepearate sales

1. Ordered some shelf pull clothing. Pics showed all clothing. items arrived and 2/3 were pure filler junk and half of the actually clothing looked used. Filed a dispute. Dispute was ""resolved"" by liquidation.com in the seller's favor and they closed my account. No further action possible. I'm out $272.00.

2. While first case was awaiting dispute, a second order was taking longer than expected to be shipped. Filed dispute this time with Paypal. Same day Paypal dispute filed, recieved email from Liquidation.com that order was shipped and they also included the tracking number. Day of expected arrival, package was a no show. Checked with UPS and found out the seller had requested package to be returned. They got my money and no package. Hopefully Paypal will help out with this scam.

Still don't understand how Liquidation.com has an A+ rating from the BBB.

S T A Y A W A Y from this so-called company. Awaiting someone to file class action lawsuit after reading more info about this rip-off.

A Picture is worth a 1000 words"" but in the case of Liquidation.com a pictures is as follows ""Auction Photos are provided only for descriptive purposes and are not to be considered a manifest of specific units or items to be received""

Do Not believe what you see on this web site because according to them the pictures are only an idea of what you may receive, I ordered 400 pieces of fashion jewelry from this auction and was sent worn, broken and missing pieces of jewelry, because they are classified as ""Shelf Pulls""

Be very careful when you do business with these liars, they don't guarantee any thing they Auction & Sell and don't check on the veracity of the merchandise offered or the business credentials of the Seller.
