Because their website is not clear, it appears as if shipping will be $1.99 or $2.99 PER ORDER. I bought 11 pieces of jewelry - less than 3 ounces. When I went to check out, the shipping and handling was over $32. Of course, I'm not going to pay $32 to ship 3 ounces. I contacted customer services and the rep couldn't even find my order (it was through their $1 auctions). Here was here reply. If you think this company gives a d**n, read on:
I am very sorry you are unhappy with our shipping costs. We do charge 1.99 per item or you may choose Value Bundle Shipping. VBS is a flat rate of 29.99 and you may ship unlimited items purchased on a calendar day.
I don't however see any orders placed on your account. So, if you are unhappy with the costs, don't purchase the items. Your attachment does not come through to our email address.

I purchased 3 different items. The first one arrived in a filthy box, with no tag attached and it looked like it had been on an to the beach. The clasp was damaged with pieces of metal falling out. I returned it and was told a refund would be issued. part of the monies returned to my credit cards and part of the monies showed up as a store credit. Still waiting for the supervisor of customer service to contact me. I see a pattern of total lack of quality control. How can you ship out an item with no tag, in a dirty box, This is a high end item an egregious act to pass off used items as new to a loyal customer. I am disabled, I have spent hours sending emails, waiting to talk with a supervisor, the final straw was tonight when I did a follow up on the refund and was told part of the monies were refunded as a store credit. I do not believe the company grasps the knowledge that refunded monies must follow the method of purchase.
2nd item arrived it at least had a tag on it but it was a high end piece that was shoved in a little box which caused the item to be damaged. I returned it and was told monies would follow method of payment. well that one went ok but where is quality control. You know you have the ability to send the proper container to choose to not do so is simply Egregious.
3rd item a returnable item, it arrives damaged, shoved in a little box I return it and then I am told part of the refund went to my credit card and part of it went to a store credit. They do not know why that was done and you know the story cause it is the same old tale of woe. Sending it to a supervisor who will contact you. In the mean time my funding has been tied up with them since march 31 and april 2. I now have nothing to show for the purchase and the refund is messed up as well. I thank goodness I was smart enough to use a credit card so its easy to dispute. do not use your debit card they do not have the same dispute ablity as a credit card.
I ordered 3 different items on the website www.liquidationchannel.com 2 of them were Tanzanite-Diamond rings with platinum overlay on silver. The other was a pair of Tananite-Diamond silver pierced earrings. All together had an MSRP valued at $629.00 I paid a total of 126.99 with shipping. When they arrived I could NOT see the diamonds on ALL the jewelery I ordered, even with my glasses on!! And the tanzanite looked very cloudy. Of course it looked very different on their website-- very sparkly & real----which inticed me to buy all the pieces to begin with. So after taking a close look at the rings & earrings, I decided to take the jewelery to Zales, a famous diamond jewelery store & have them appraised.
Well, I'm glad I did that-- the appraiser there said those "diamonds" were just diamond dust. And he said the tanzanites were very poor quality. Altogether, for the 2 rings & earrings-- the appraiser said it was worth about $89.00. A lot less than what I actually paid!! And TONS less than the liquidation channel's MSRP!! So I called the liquidation channel & they told me there were no returns on the items sold. I told them the problem & all they said was--- "We don't care what other retail jewelery stores say!! BUYER BEWARE--- this company-- what you see IS NOT what you get!! And they LIE about the MSRP-- BIG TIME!!
I have purchased numerous amounts of Jewelry for this so called Liquidation Channel, they say the retail value for the Jewelry is much more then the purchase price.. I took 7 of the necklaces I purchased to one of the Jewelry Store's in our city.. Well I came away feeling rip off and taken advantage of.. the aution prices that I paid for some was more then the necklaces were worth, and $100's less then they said they were.. For example, Retail Value $578.00 and I purchase a neckless like this for $48.00 it was worth $42.00.. I purchase 4 purses from this company they were so poorly made I packed them away, I wouldn't sell something I wouldn't use and the dime store has better purses.. On purse smell of mildew so badly I had to throw it away.. Thank
Pictures LIE because they do not reveal the cheap quality of LC jewelry. I would be embarrassed to wear most of the stuff that I "won". Some pieces will work under a jacket where the cheapness of the jewelry will not be so obvious.
BEWARE!!! Joined this company on or about January 12, 2014. Worst thing I ever did. Won hundreds of auctions and tried to pay for them, but their pay page does not work. Wrote to company about problem, but problem still not corrected. As a result, we lost most of the items we won, but worse, we lost the faith of our customers who were waiting for their items. Also, we purchased and paid ofr many items on Janary 2, 2014 but still have not received them. Called company and was given the run-a-round by an inexperienced person there who did not or could not tell us wyh our items were not shipped. Also, this company's shipping ocsts are a real RIPOFF. If you buy only one or two items, e.g. tow sterling necklaccews weighing about five ounces, they try to charge tyour $29.95??? The Post office will chargec you 46 cents for shipping the same items. Notably, this company lists retail prioces for their auction items which are another complete RIPOFF. I have been in the retail jewelry bsiness for 40 years and have never seen, nor ever sold, similar items for anywhere near the suggesrted retail prices this company claims. I think it's time to file formal complaints against this RIPOFF company with the Office of the Attorney General in your state. I dread the thought of thinking how many unsuspecting folks have been RIPPEDOFF by this courrupt company. "Let's put a STOP to their questionable practices.
