Please do not believe that this company will refund your money because that is not true.
I returned both products unopened and was only refunded half the money owed to me.
They tried to blame my bank for problems they are having on their end. I contacted my bank as instructed by them but my bank informed me there was nothing wrong on their end and that they could not do anything to help me with this.
I am never going to believe any product advertising free trials or money back guarentees again!
As others have stated, I requested the "Free trial" for $4.99 and was unknowingly charged the FULL PRICE and enrolled in autoship monthly for $99.00. I have been charged a total of $202.99 before I could get anyone to respond to me. I had to hunt them back down on the internet because the credit card billing does not display a customer service phone number nor does the invoice you receive with your shipment have any addresses, contact info or website to get back to them. So I finally found them & I sent them an email on the "Contact us" via their website where it states..."We will try to get back to you as soon as possible- typically in less than 72 hours." Needless to say I NEVER heard back from them. I had to call the customer service number where the female representative relentlessly tried to sell me on staying with them offering me 25% off, then 50% off. I told her I didn't want the product because it was charged unknowingly & doesn't work. I asked her about returns and she blew my question off. So, here I am...stuck with $200 worth of products that i don't want and that DOESN'T WORK!
Major scam! Unfortunately and against my better judgment, I signed up for a "free trial" of this junk. After a week, I was charged $99.99 without any knowledge of this beforehand. I called and the "manager" told me to return the product and I would be given a refund of $84.99 because of the $15 restocking fee. After arguing about this for a few minutes, I finally gave up believing that getting $84.99 back was better than nothing. He promised the refund would show up in my account within 5 to 10 business days. Those days come and go and no refund! I call 3 more times in an attempt to get my refund - to no avail. There is a different excuse every time, from my bank's "gateway" won't accept the refund to they just simply cannot process the refund. I called my bank - no one has ever heard of a "gateway" not accepting refunds. This is a joke!
I ordered a one month supply and paid shipping and handling. Cancelled so I would no longer get any more deliveries. $99.99 was deducted out of my checking account without my permission. Unable to get anyone to help me.
Please do not fall for the SCAM!! They don't tell you that your "free trial" is 13 days and after that they are going to bill you $100.00 each bottle which is $200.00 a month automatically. And if you do send it back before then which means paying again for shipping and handling... along with they charge you $15.00 a bottle for restocking fee which is another $30.00. It is hard to find a contact number and when you do get a hold of someone they are incredibly rude. I hope no one else gets sucked in to this. When I called my bank they said this company already set up to debit 200 every month. When they told them they were going to file a charge off claim since I did not give lipo3 and regla authorization the customer service rep said "then she won't get any money back and the bank can fight back and forth with us" . How can they get away with this????
I have been a victim to a free trial fraud. i had ordered weightloss pills with this company that were said to be free samples but now my card is being charged monthly.
I never ever fall for this kind of gimmicks but this time I did because Dr. Oz was talking about it. I went on line and checked them out and it said pay only S&H , so I did. There was no indication that there would be continuing and what they would charge if thats the case, nothing.
Few days later I received couple of bottles and my son said there is nothing in there to make their claim true and I laughed at myself how foolish I was and put it away, forgot all about it. Until I received another bottle in the mail and I end up checking my credit card. They charged my CC for shipping $2.98 & $6.95 on Sept 20th and charged $99.99 on Oct 4th and $102.97 on Oct 20th. I called my CC and disputed and then I called rip off people at LIPO G3. Agent said she can cancel it but since I disputed the charges already, I have to call them back with my CC company on line and they can resolve the issue. I did just that. My CC company rep and I held for rip off LIPO G3 agent for 20 minutes and "click" he hung up the phone.
I sent an email to FL AG Pam Bondi, I'll be writing BBB . If Attorney General doesnt do anything then I'll find an attorney to file a law suit. They messed with the wrong person.
After seeing all these complaints from consumers, I wonder how come AG haven't done anything to this scammers already?
I did a survey from my banking institution via internet on October 4, 2014 and they had an offer for Lip-G Garcinia Cambogia for $4.99 which is what I was to only pay for s/h. Well I received the diet supplements and the $4.99 was withdrawn from my bank account on 10/08/14. I was under the impression that the offer was a good and I was looking forward to trying the trial offer as I heard good reviews about the product from Dr. Oz television show and other network shows.
I received a phone call from my bank stating a fraudulant withdrawal was being tranaction on my bank account in the amount of $83.99 and I had to verify that I did not approve the withdrawal from my bank card. I found out it was for the trial offer from Lipo-G. I was furious as I did not approve for them to go into my bank account. My bank card have an alert on it and I was glad of that because the company could have taken money from my account and I would have not even known it. [continued below]....
There is no such thing as FREE sample with this company. They wait two weeks after you order the free sample and charge two 89.99 charges to your account without advising you that it's about to happen. I am the type of person that reads everything when I order something and I did NOT read anything about being charged the amount. If you call them they will try to not give you back the money, they will cancel your account so you won't be charged anything else (I hope). Not worth the hassle!!!!
What a true Rip-Off. Called them and emailed them last month to stop sending the product. They continued to send it. Called again today and they still refuse to stop sending it unless they are given credit card info!! Gave them all shipping info and account info.

I want to write about this company that had an ad in Facebook that stated just pay for shipping of $4.95 For Garcinia Cambogia a weight loss product. No where in this ad did it say I had to return it within 14 days or be charged $89.99 for each bottle of some sort of product that you could not read the label and it made me sick. I have over 20 days worth of these bogus pills. I was then told I would have to pay a $15.00 for restocking fee per bottle!
How can they restock open pills that could be contaminated with who knows what!!
When I called the rep Katie would not let me speak to a supervisor. I told her I was reporting this company to the BBB for the state of Florida.

The ad stated free trial, but it's not. I was charged twice, and I couldn't get a reply from emails. It took a long time to find a customer service phone number, and once I called, it was horrible service. I had to just block my debit card to avoid further charges. This company is full of crap, they are out to make as much money as possible, they don't care about customer service.
