This Company is a Fraud and a Rip Off!!! The website will send you's conformation of your order and within that they state that soon a tracking number will follow! That's a lie!!! It's a false tracking number or they WILL NOT send you one!!! Customer Service is a scam all they say is it will ship soon!!! That's a lie!!! They will never ship your order!!!! I'm Dwn over $200!!! And Pissed off!!! Something needs to be done to stop them!!!!! This is a CRIME!!!

I made the order and 2days later they sent me an email saying that the security back code of my credit card was not right. And i know that it is right. But i cant fix the problem if there's no costumer service to contact.

I recently purchased a Sterling Silver Mens Pave Top Traditional FREEDOM CLASS RING from this company for $299.99. The advertising states that is a sterling silver piece. Within on day of receiving the item it started flaking. I contacted customer support to question them about the material used to produce this ring. They stated that the ring was not a plated item and is indeed a solid sterling silver item. I then asked them why it would flake. As such you can see the continued chat log below. I would advise against purchasing from this organization.

Brock: The reason I asked is I purchase this piece and it arrived yesterday. After less than a day of wearing it, metal flakes are coming off the ring.

I ordered a ring off of their website on February 10, 2014 and my credit card was charged. I received the ring within two weeks and in less than one week the stone fell out and was lost. I immediately contacted the company about returning it for repair on 2/20/14. I was instructed to send it back to an address that was provided but that address turned out to be an undeliverable address.

I contacted the company again on 3/12/14 after I received the package back undeliverable. I spoke with a customer service representative that said they would send me a pre paid mailing label within 2 days. I received an email on 3/13/14 following my call and the email instructed me to mail the item back to a different address than the one I received the first time but I decided to wait for the pre paid label instead. It never arrived.

I again contacted the company on 3/24/14 requesting a return label and on 3/25/14 I was again told that a label would be sent out in 1 to 2 days. As of 4/1/14 I had not received it so I contacted the BBB and today I received an email from Limoges stating they would send out a UPS shipping label immediately. This company has failed to follow through on their promise to correct the issue and I have not been able to get my ring fixed, nor have they issued me a refund. Do not trust this company. They sell lousy jewelry and have even worse customer service.
