Very sorry I ever ordered this. I saw it advertised on TV and thought it would be a good product. I still haven't used it after about 2 months so not sure if it is or not. Also got a product with the order that I did not request. I had also asked for a detailed billing/receipt which I never received. I was billed $59.90 once and issued a $20 credit for the product I did not order. They were supposed to bill me again for $59.90 which did not happen. I then received a letter from them stating that the second billing could not be processed and they wanted a money order or cashiers check for that amount. I sent them a personal check instead which they have not cashed. I then received a Final Notice letter and tried to call the customer service number in the letter. I tried calling that number for 2 days and listened to it ring continually for 15 minutes before hanging up and starting again but no one ever answers. I tried emailing them from an email I received from them and it was answered saying they only deal with some pills and to call the customer service number no one answers. I finally got through at the Light Relief number but had a very hard time understanding what was being said - call goes to India I suppose. I was told they were going to research why they did not receive the check I sent. They then called back and asked me to call them but did not give me a number to call. I am sick of the runaround from this company. What to do next?
