Purchased Deluxe download for coin management and received link for cheaper program. Payed through PayPal. Unable to get response until PayPal involved. Eventual response from LS was for same link and no explaination. After 30 days PayPal initially refused resolution claim with no apparent investigation due to, "no protection for digital downloads", stating downloads are intangible and therefore not covered. Internet link was clear proof of wrong product and, following initial denial of claim, I fiinally spoke with a with human at PayPal who actually checked online and tried phone contact with same results I had.
After apologising for the vendor the support person at PayPal agreed to credit the difference between actual product received vs. charge, quote,"out of my own pocket" (Right!!!) since I've been such a good problem free customer. A history of many $K in purchases through them likely had some bearing.
What's truly sad is Liberty Street has a great product but an apparent diregard for their customers. This may not have been an intentional rip-off but the result was the same. Over the 30day wait I never found LS Live Suport link active no matter the time of day or day of the week. The same was true for their phone and direct emails. The person at PayPal checked and made it right but not without trying a guilt trip about parting with his own money to do so.
I'd still like to have the product I ordered but I have no desire to revisit this madness with the vendor or any future digital download from PayPal.
