On 7/9/2014 an estimate was written to the Yacht Club at Treasure Cove for pool gate repair and to add and close of the front entrance gates. The association hired him to complete the job according to the estimate.
On or around the end of August 2014, the property management company issued him a check for $2200.00 approximately the 50% depost required to commence the job (1/2 of $850 for the pool fence and 1/2 of $3365.00 for the front entrance).
On October 13, 2014, he came out and fixed the pool fence and stated he would be back in 2 weeks once the front gate fence parts had come in.
Since that time more than 30 calls have been made to LG Fences only to be told he will be here next week and never shows. It's been over 3 1/2 months and it seems he is a SCAM ARTIST.
Wer were made aware from a local neighbor that LG Fences also started a job for them and they were told he pulled the proper permits to complete the job (He Didn't). Now the neighbor is being fined daily until he can get it permitted or removed. The neighbor also had contracted LG Fences to do another job at another location and was left high and dry after giving a 50% deposit. However, the neighbor was able to recoup the deposit on the other property by physically going to Luis Garcia's home and demanding the money back.
The first week of January 2015 , the property management company representing The Yacht Club at Treasure Cove sent a letter to Mr. Garcia of LG Fences demanding the gate work be completed by January 31st, 2015 or legal action will be taken.
It is now January 26, 2015, and to this day LG Fences has not been out to do any installation since October 13th, 2014.
