Do not do business with this company. The absolute most horrible experience I have ever had shopping online...ever. This company shipped my orider to another guy with my first name in Ohio. I paid for expedited shipping. He sent it back to the ups store and ups forwarded the package to me. I noticed a few days before he received the package. And tried to contact lesliesoutlets.com but they have no customer service phone number! Red flag was noticed at this point.I received a notice from [email protected] stating that they had shipped the package out to my address After three days of waiting on some sort of a response from them. I received both packages the same day, after driving halfway to Egypt to get them at the UPS pick up location, about 45 miles away from my home, because even though I put descriptive shipping instructions to leave package at the door if no answer, they gave instructions to UPS that they require a signature upon delivery. When I finally received the product(s), to much surprise (being sarcastic here) the items were anything but authentic. I shipped the items back and got my RMA number, as per their return instructions, and asked for a refund on the shipping costs of the second package I received that they shipped to the wtong address. They tried to tell me that it was UPS that had place the wrong shipping label on the package and that my refund should be requested from them. Now I started thinking I was losing it. I know that when I send a package, I'm the one who addresses it to who I send it to but they really made me think I may be losing it. I called ups and after speaking with the kind representative and her supervisor, they explained the process and let me know that lesliesoutlets.com was definitely at fault. I immediately reported it to my bank and I have put in a claim for my refund of the shipping and the fake merchandise they are selling as authentic. Please avoid like the plague and spread the word. lesliesoutlets Sent me an email saying they are refunding the cost of the merchandise within 4-5 dys. If I don't get that refund, I will be back for an update. Please do not do business with these criminals. I read the articles about the numerous business names for this merchant phone number and it looks like they have many tactics. If anyone knows anyone in the media it would be great if we could exploit and incriminate these guys. For the future, if you are ordering from a company online, please check to be sure they have a customer service phone number on their website and be sure to call it before risking a total loss like I did. I purchased an Georgio Armani shirt last month from these crooks, FAKE, FAKE, FAKE! I luckily disputed this with my bank credit card and received an instant credit until the merchant can reply and prove that it's not. These crooks will not and they will continue to rip people off so BEWARE!!
Okay so I ordered 2 Lacoste shirts and I paid for early shipment and I haven't received anything yet! It's been more than a week. I tracked my order and it's still on the "initiated" status and below says n/a.. What can I do to get my money back?!
Their mailing address is 2920 Avenue R, Brooklyn, N.Y., 11229. In reality its just a mail drop off center called A1. The main delivery boy is Eric. The phone number they use is 888-978-8289. They try to make the line sound like a bussiness but the same guy answers the phone no matter if you press sales, customer service, or name. They charge your credit card to Bargain Mania and go by Demi, Inc. Which are two places in Brooklyn. One is a small time Mini Mart and the other is just a brick duplex next to a nail salon. Best thing to do is call the US Postal Inspector, FBI, and even the Brooklyn police. Do not be embarressed if this guy scams you. The more people that call the authorities. The faster they will put this guy out of business.
