I ordered L'ENVI facial repair cream thru an e-mail--no details..just said sample for 4.95. later billed $94.20 ..hard to xx but agent said they would xx my FURTHER orders as if it was a perodic club. who would send more!! In the package no details. I am now having a terrible time getting a rfnd...said a Supervisor would call me back..no such thing 3 days later so I went looking for their website.
I will keep trying...now on 6/25 their line is repeatedly busy.
