Do Not Do Business with this company. They try to make you think you are participating in a " free trial" but you soon learn that you are in a world of hurt. After 14 days from the day of your "ORDER" yoy are billed in excess of 90.00 for this stuff which is of very poor quality. Then before you figure out the first "order" has been charged the send another jar of the stuff with no invoice or any other paperwork. You then have to try and find out the "convenient" return policy and return policy. By that time you have not complied by the "Agreement" and cannot return this stuff When I tried to return this product they REFUSED it because i did not have a RMA number. If you try to challeng this company by disputing the charge they submit pages and pages of "Documents" to kepp your money. They got me for almost 200.00 BUYER BEWARE!!!

I tried a trial products from l'envi, on Jan 26, I received no information with the product. On feb 11 payment was put on my credit card. I called and cancelled the products. I have never received no refund. Then on March 13, they charge me for the product again. I called and they said that they can't stop the charges .

Placed order for free trial of Levi eye cream and Lenvi Wrinkle cream at $4.95 each via 3rd party online advertisement in October 2014. Then unauthorized charges of $94.95 and $94.99 appeared on my credit card in November and December totaling $379.88 without any email confirmation. I called the company at 800-340-6991 and spoke with June, employee number 111760, about these unauthorized charges. She kept stating the terms that I will be charged every month after the free trial. I asked her to email my order confirmations for the trial products with the terms. She said she was not able to send me my order confirmation and kept insisting that the terms are on their website. The terms were not disclosed or hidden at point of sales. If there were terms, they would have stated clearly online; read terms before ordering. All they had was "Rush my order". June said the only thing she could do is cancel my subscription so I won't be charged in the future. Which I did. She also said once the amount is charged, it cannot be reversed even if I return the products! I am always very careful with all my online purchases. This one is very deceptive. Be aware of this unscrupulous sales practice. I have reported to BBB and I hope to get a full refund of $379.88 Jenna San Diego, CA
