Lenders Acquisition contacted us on a cold call asking if they could sell our Timeshares. They knew where our Timeshares were and the size of the units. They said they had buyers looking to purchase those exact ones.
We did not accept, but they called again and after 2-3 calls, they convinced us that they were on the up and up and that we could trust them to sell our Timeshares. They asked for $1,000.00 to be sent to the address in Daytona Beach, even though the man who had been speaking with us was in California. He had a sly answer for us when we asked why we weren't sending the money to CA.
Two days after sending the money, I tried to call to see if everything was ready to go and I only got a voice mail. That continued for 2 months. Never ever did they pick up the phone (they obviously knew it was me). Never ever did they call me back. A year has gone by and I realize I will never see that money again. I still have the Timeshares.
Do not trust anyone calling from Lenders Acquistion. They will lie and pressure you to send them money, even dropping the amount to a portion of their original quote. Do not believe it. Even if they drop the cost to $5.00, it will be money you will never see again. Total scam.
