I am filing a complaint against Glantz Law firm for Client Misrepresentation, unequal treatment and business trade practice. I am a member of Legal Shield Member Services, and Glantz law took a case of mine worked on the case, it was assigned to an atforney who started to aork on thos file in October 30, 2015 the attorney assigned took the case, worked with my opposing party for a profit avoided my calls and steered me away to deviate me fro a case i brought into Glantz Law firm. I believe the attorney got kick backs and office and avoided my calls and said yne attorney was no longer working on the case witnout any explanation, and this file was worked on since October 30, 2014 they fail to provide services to me, i was treated unequal and was misrepresented.
I own a small business and have been sued twice now. Both times the lawyers claimed my lawsuit didnt fall under my coverage and the people at legal shield headquarters said it did. Both times even though it was against my contract, evidence was allowed that shouldnt be and many other things I had to represent myself or them for an awesome 25% off their 300 per hr fee! I am done with this company and realized the 1000s in monthly payments was almost as bad as my last lawsuit I had to pay when they say something blew out of my back lot and a car hit it but the item was disposed of and they were not 100% sure it was from me but felt it was probable so made me pay for the damages. STAY AWAY. They happy to take your money, when you need help they call you back later when maybe you are busy then you have the mess of speaking to them and then hopefully they can help but likely wont.
I became an independent sales associate with LegalShield 2 times on 2 separate occasions. Both times the sales associate who recruited me did not properly train me, did not teach or show me any sales techniques and did not give, show, or tell me at least the basics of the business to properly sell and make money correctly with the company. Both times I was recruited and became a independent sales associate with the company, the sales associate who recruited me did not have space or time to train me, did not want to work with me or train me, and quit left the company or moved out of town all of a suddenly. I later found out that she quickly moved back to town or never left and did not contact me or was unavailable when I tried to contact her for help with my new position.
Secondly the product services are not given or available as advertised or explained. I am a customer of legalShield using the legalshield legal plan and identity theft plan. I've call the law firm several times Wienstock and Freidman in Baltimore Maryland, the first time I tried to use the service for a business contract to be looked over, that is one of the legal plan services advertised with the membership, contracts and documents reviewed. The attorney was rude to me and offensive with her attitude, and almost reluctant to assist me with explaining the contract and details to me and giving me advice. The second time I tried to use the service for a bill I received that was in error. I contacted a attorney from the office and he promised to get it resolved. He said he made an unsuccessful attempt the same day I explained the problem to him, but he would be able to correct or fix it with more time. He never fixed it or gave me a reason or explanation why he was unable to correct it. He never contacted me back.

4 times they give you lawyers and no one call you back.
when you call they give you new lawyer phone numbers.
