I order from L.H.B tuesday july 7. Paided for overnight shipping its now thursday no package and no reply to my emails. Im goingbto say this is a bulls*** site or at least very poorly ran. Stear clear of here.
Do not order anything from this website!! Edwin the owner will not send your order even after saying that it is shipped . You will not receive a tracking number mainly in part bc he never sent the ordeR. I haven't received my shipment even though I got an email and text saying it was sent out. Paid for overnight shipping But after a month still nothing . Now he won't return my calls emails or text. Save your time and money!! Edwin is only going to take your money and never send to what you paid for. My first shipment was wrong (item and quantity) and not overnight as I paid for. The second shipment NEVER even came . This website is a ripoff and your issue won't get solved. Shop elsewhere if you want to a actually get your product
This guy sucks. i ordered yesterday and he said his processor was down give me a call tomorow.i called him today no answer and i continued to call he didnt anwer emails or anything do not go there i didnt listen at first now im sitting here screwed out of money the guy is supposed to be professional my a** dude just dont go to him
This is a bogus business. I ordered products from their website on Dec. 27th, I paid $28.35 for overnight delivery, and I still haven't received my order. I have tried to contact them several times through email, phone calls, and, text message. Their "24/7 customer service" number is a personal cell phone that you can not leave any messages on because the inbox is full. Which tells me they never even check their messages.
I told them in an email that if I did not here from them that I would be posting their website info on every scam list I could find. That day I received an email stating "Your order has been shipped" , that's it, but there was no tracking number or anything. I tried to email back to get the tracking number and still haven't received a response. I also tried to go to my account on their site to check the status and all it says is "shipped", no tracking number there either.
I truly believe this company is a scam. They say orders are shipped out 1-2 business days from the day you order, not true. They say they'd love to hear from you, not true. They say a tracking number is included with every order, again, not true. I'm afraid I may have just thrown money down the toilet. Do Not Use This Company! They will rip you off!
I ordered a product on 12/8/14. I've ordered 2 other times with fairly good results so I expected more of the same. Products usually arrived in about 2 or 3 days so when it went on for a week without arriving I got worried. I did recieve an email saying a partial order had shipped on 12/12/14. I waited another 3 days and then when I went to check my account on the website it said my order had been refunded. I tried calling the number on the website (24/7 professional customer service) and got a full voicemal box. I tried texting the number and emailing the website's email twice. As of now they have take close to $40 from me without any explaination of what is going on. I emailed them and told them I'm writing this report so hopefully something will come of it.
