I purchased a complete set back in July 2008 for MCSE certification for $800. Unfortunately, I have only been able to finish a few of the disks. I then didn't complete all since I was having family issue, so I set them aside until I was ready to complete which unfortunately it was too late. I got error message message:
"Your license is expired, click here to renew." I notice that after paying $800 the keys were no longer valid. I called Learningsmartsystems support and was told, yes the keys are only good for 3 YEARS because they didn't want people viewing "old" material. This wasn't disclose to me when I was buying the complete set!!!!! I should be able to view the disks for years from now if I so choose, just like when I purchased any software, it should be mine property!!! This is not right and the less LearnSmart could do is advised the buyer before taking our money!!
Since it was never disclose sine I'm pretty sure the most people won't spent $800 if they are aware that it'll become unless after 3 years!!! I should be able to view/.play all the CD. They should enable/acitivate the licenses to us all that has spent/purchased without questions.!!! $800 is alot of money for us that don't make too much and is only trying to increase our knowledge. Learnsmart should be held accountable!!!!!
