I purchased this as a one time shipment for my daughter and myself.
The rep setup my account and one for my daughter as a one time purchase. I was not giving the account name or password. Le-vel company creates auto ship when the account was setup.
The next month I received a soft post in my checking account, and sent mail to rep to stop before hard post. Tried to get into the account but only created a second account using my email address.
The rep finally responded and told me sorry, I removed the automatic payment from your daughters and yours using my credit card without my personal permission. The rep gave me my account user ID and password.
Then I was informed of the return policy after I called FedEx and stopped shipment.
Can you follow up as their support person only copies and paste rules.
