I was told it was canceled and I would only be charged a $9.99 stocking fee. When I received my credit card bill there were three charges one was for $4.89 one was for $1.98 and one was for $97.24. So I called again and this time talk to an ancient name Larissa number 4821. She very glibly informed me the prior agent did not cancel my border. When I asked why she said it was human error. She then proceeded to tell me that I would have an $87 credit to my account within 72 hours. I told her that was not satisfactory that I need to speak to someone else I expected a full refund to what she again gave me her number or agent number and hung up. If the conversation was taped you will see that although my tone may have been brisket was certainly not unprofessional nor was there any profanity. I'm not sure
I signed up for the supposedly free trial offer of Le Jeune antiwrinkle face cream. I actually tried to back out of the online order when I realized it was going to start a monthly renewal. I immediately called the telephone number and was told I would not be in the system to call back after 24 hours. I copack and talk to an agent and was told my subscription would be canceled and that I would be charged a $9.99 fee. The cancellation number was 658739 and the operators name was Tabby agent number 4819. When I received my credit card bill I noticed that there were three charges to this company one for $4.89 one for $1.98 and one for $97.24. I called the company again to complain and was told that due to human error the subscription had not been canceled. I was told I would receive an $87 credit within 72 hours. I stated that was not satisfactory I expected a full refund. The operator repeated what I would be refunded and gave me her name of Larissa her agent number of 4821 and hung up. If the phone call is recorded for customer service purposes it will reveal that I may have been brisk but I was not unprofessional nor did I use any profanity.
