I am writing about LE Capital AKA MNJ Funding AKA Orbit Merchant Solutions. This company is based out of Clifton, NJ and the owners name is Nadia Deragi AKA Nadia Bent. She provides business funding solutions with the help of many lenders. She will take your information over the phone and then give it to people all over the office to call and sell you. She will not sell you herself because she has lyed to alot of people. Then when the sales people sell you, she will send you information to many companies to see what they can offer you, while she charges you alot of money. Then once the file is approved she will lie to you about all the terms and even at times will sign you name on the contracts or applications to give to the lenders. She has a total of 2 people that work at her company. the company is all crooks that will take your information and give it to other comapnies and then leave it all over the work place for some one to take your information and use it for what ever purpose. She will lie to her clients and over charge clients for funding. She does not know what she is doing and will submit your file to over 50 companies bringing you credit score down. She will also tell you, that you are not worth your time and hang up on you if your file is a small file. she is really rude to her customers because she thinks if your file does not make her over $10K she does not want to work on it no matter how bad you need the money. She will put your comany in debt by providing you will really high interest rates and then when you do not want it she will put your initials on the contracts and get them funded with out you knowing. She also does not pay her employees from what i have heard, it is almost like a boiler room / sweet shop. She tells her employees they are not allowed to take breaks and then she just fired a pregnanat wormen for going to her doctor appointments. She will not talk to me anymore and ignores my calls. I cant believe that a lender like Ondeck is working with a horrible person like that. This is a rebuttal from a faithful employee of LE Capital. A former manager, WHO NOW USES HIS WIFE TO SIGN UP WITH LENDERS, asked me to come work for him after Nadia fired him (after finding out that he was/is a HEROIN ADDICT). I respectfully declined. I stood by Nadia for she is one of the most compassionate, smart, and generous business leaders one can ever meet. As a responsible business owner, it is her duty to fire incompetents, drug addicts, and crooks dressed in 3-piece suits.
Nadia has been in business for 10 years, and in this industry for 15. Her growing list of repeat clients year after year is no accident. He who wrote this complaint demonstrates his incompetence by failing to even write complete words in English.

It is also interesting that he chose to badmouth ONDECK, one of the most respected lenders in this industry, since they will no longer do business with him, either.
In reality, the things he accuses Nadia and Tom of are exactly the kind of things that resulted in him being fired. He has jumped from company to company, presenting himself as some sort of superstar, and then quickly being discovered for who he really is. In fact, criminal charges have been filed against him for theft; his arraignment is scheduled for January, 2015. Now he finds himself blacklisted by many lenders, making it difficult for him to do business.
