After ownig car for a short whil and selling it,the new seller got tickets,so I sent the proper release of liabilty forms so they could go after the person who owned it when it was ticketed in the shithole of Oaklald.They keep playing dumb and sending me the notices.I sent another relase on 6-16-2104 nad they just tried to bill me agian and they are billing the riht guy too probably.It's all run by monkies trying to rip off whitey.I have reported them to the feds.
This conpany sent me a collection notice on a ticket I never recieved. I never owned the trailer in question. I spoke with sfpd, and was told this was a scam. The ticket is not complete, and the reason behind the ticket was invalid. The company refuses to speak to me, when I did contact them FINALLY, They hung up on me. I definately need help. San Francisco PD and the DMV both have told me this ticket is a fraud, and would still be a fraudulant ticket, even if I did own the trailer in question, which I don't and never have. Thank You
Got my letter of payment demand from LDC yesterday. Apparently the caddie that's in the junk yard was able to get a parking ticket in San Francisco this past Feb. I haven't been to Frisco for over thirty years and the license plate for the junk car has been in my garage for over two years. Pretty obvious this so called company is scamming and scaring people into paying fines they don't owe. I called and told their customer service rep this and she laughed at me. Amazing. I will report to Corp Comm of Az and hope these people get shut down!
I recieved a letter form LDC collections stating that I am not liable for a ticket in San Francisco that turned out not to be mine. The letter stated you are not liable for the citation 9/04/14.
Problem: they levied my bank account on 10/01/14 for 878.00
Crooks : the city of San Francisco are morons for using unscruplious individuals such as these to do their supposed bidding.
LDC are cowards for not having a web address, and If I lived remotely close to them , "WE" would be having an in office conversation right now.
The money they took is for my wifes medical expenses, she is dissabled.
I have received two letters from LDC Collection System charging me for a parking violation that happened on 10/16/13 on 124 o'farrell st for $205.00. The ticket number is: 833490254. It says the license plate number is: NV753LDY but I have never owned or driven this vehicle before.
I've read how many people are being scammed by this company and I can't believe I'm also being a victim. Please review my report and get back to me as soon as you can. My e-mail is: (((REDACTED))).
